Some Cool Pics I Found Perchance

It's so mysterious! It makes me want to open the door just to see what's on the other side. But knowing my luck it would probably be just a kid shining a flashlight through the key hole and not anything exciting.

I hate cats but this is the one exception I like and can stand to own. I don't just hate cats for a random reason, though. It's because they hate me and like to attack me even when I'm not doing anything bad to them.

I actually used to have something like this when I was little. My aunt gave it to me as a birthday present. I left it back in the Philippines :(

I think this picture kind of says it all. Lol.

I would LOVE to visit somewhere that looked like this!

Lol little marshmallow type objects trying to fly xD

There's no reason this is here. I just thought it was a funny picture.

I used to have a turtle. It died. :(

The ice cream is saying, "I am the ice cream of unending SADNESS!" It makes me giggle a bit. I know it's a sad picture, but yeah.

Cute and fat. Ever notice how anything tiny and fat is cute? Well...almost...

No explanation needed xD

I think this is in a cave...I'm not sure. It's really pretty though and I like the color combinations of this.

Not quite sure what this is, but it's cool looking :D

It reminds me of that time I went to camp and me and my friend got separated from the group and got lost ''>.> we eventually caught up with them again though.

Prom, The After Story

So last saturday I went to prom. Holy buckets it was soooo much fun! Everybody I knew was there and everyone looked so pretty. But before the actual prom, me and my friends went to Famous Daves to eat and stuff. It was all right. I didn't like the fact that people were staring at us and random old guys were complementing our dresses and hair. It was nice to be noticed, but it got a little creepy after a while. After, we all went down to the landmark and got prom started! At first though it was kind of boring since no one was dancing, but once people were, it got a lot better. I danced with everybody, holy cow! But I had to take my shoes off right before, because they were some high heels and if it hurt just by walking, imagine dancing in them. It's a little gross but after a few dances I was sweating like crazy. It didn't help either that the hotel was really hot and the only cold air you got was by going outside. You couldn't even go out all the way, otherwise they can't let you back in. It was so stupid! But I didn't let that bother me too much, it really wasn't that big a deal. I really liked the fact that they played a lot of fast music that you could really get up and move for. Needed more techno, though, but that's just my opinion. I love techno. :)

After everything was all done, me and a few friends went back to my house and just crashed. It was supposed to be a sleepover where we would all stay up till the early hours of the day, but we were all so tired that it turned out to be an actual SLEEP over. We couldn't even keep our eyes open when we were eating pizza. And for the people who know me that's really surprising! But all in all it was a really fun day and I wish we could do it again. Just maybe without all the fuss from my parents and aunt over my makeup. It was weird and kind of awkward at the same time. Still fun though. Veeeeeery fun. :D

The Monster Ate It!

Annalise sighed in contentment. She burrowed further into the couch and wrapped the blanket tighter around her body. It was a warm summer day and she decided to spend it inside, watching TV and perhaps reading a book. Well, that was what she was planning anyway. But all her plans flew out the window when the front door burst open and she heard an argument between two of her most favorite people. She rolled her eyes and got up, leaving the blanket, and any semblance of a peaceful day, behind.

"No! Get away from me, boy!" Julien yelled, appearing in the front hallway.

"But it was mine!" Elliot cried, directly behind him.

"Well, you shouldn't have left it there then!" Julien argued.

"I didn't think anyone was going to steal it."

"You thought wrong! I mean who leaves something like that lying around and expects no one to go and get it?!"
Annalise sighed, "What happened this time?" she asked, leaning against the wall.

Both boys looked up and smiled when they saw her, forgetting their argument for the moment.

"Annalise!" Elliot cried, walking over and giving her a small hug.

"Anna." Julien greeted.

"Is anyone going to answer or am I gonna have to beat it out of you two?" she asked as soon as Elliot pulled away.

Julien sighed, rubbing his temple and looking like he was going to have a headache soon. Elliot stood next to her, pouting.

"Well?" she prompted.

It was Julien who answered first, "Okay, so I was walking in the park, right? And I passed this bench with a chocolate chip muffin on it. I thought it was weird that someone just left it, so--"

"The monster ate it! He ate my precious chocolate chip muffin!" Elliot cried in despair.

"It was just sitting there! What else was I supposed to do?" Julien shot back.

"Uh, I don't know, leave it, perhaps?!"

"That would be a waste." Julien said, nodding sagely.

Elliot smacked a hand to his face, "What if it was poisoned? Did you ever think of that?"

"Nope. Who poisons a muffin, I mean really?"

"So you mean to tell me you just pick up random muffins off of park benches and eat them?!"

"If they look good, then yes."

Annalise watched in silence as the two went back at it. She shook her head and wandered back into the living room. She plopped down onto the couch and flipped on the TV hoping to drown out the rest of the two idiots' conversation.

'Well,' she thought, 'At least it's never a boring day around here.'

In Memory

I'm going to miss you
I try not to think that you're gone
So many memories
So many communications
I'll treasure them always
I'll miss talking with you
Laughing with you
I'll miss seeing you everyday
Seeing your smile
I never thought you'd leave like that
I never thought...
I wish you were still here
I really do
I never got to say all the things
I wanted to
You'll be in my heart
I know that for sure
I'll remember the good times
Because really that's all I can do
Even if you're not here
I want my voice to reach you'
My friend
I'm so glad we met
And there's not a single day
I regret
Even if I've only known you a short time
I feel like we've been friends forever
That's why I'll never forget
I'll always remember
-To a Very Special Friend
Who Will Always be With Us

A Day At Fun Zone

So...yesterday instead of sleeping in like most people, I went to Fun Zone with the Link Crew people and some (annoying) freshmen. The Link Crew people and I acted as sort of chaperones, but we were also there to have fun. It was pretty cool, but only because I was with a few of my friends and, to surprise the people who know me, I like skating. Yes, I actually like some form of exercise. But not to say that I spent my time just skating, I played a few arcade games as well. But word to the wise, only do the grabby hook thing for prizes if you are good at aiming, because otherwise you only waste your money. Trust me I kind of learned that the hard way. After maybe spending two dollars and getting air as a prize, it finally got through to me that 'hmm, maybe I should stop before I lose all my money and not have enough for lunch.' But anyways, after that incident, I spent the rest of my time to games that I knew I could actually get tickets. I played this one where you had to stop the light as it reached a certain point in the circle. It's a little hard to explain but it was still fun and the best part was you got tickets every time you played! It was a win win situation. I won a slinky through that. It seems like such a dinky prize but I was so proud when I got it.

Although now that I think about it, it was ridiculously expensive and I shouldn't have wasted my money. I don't regret it though. It was a fun experience and I can always earn more money doing odd jobs for my neighbors or something. Babysitting could work. There's a house near me with tiny children and I'm sure they could use a helping hand now and again. Gah, I'm rambling again. I should stop that. But anyways, after a few more games, some skating, and some slices of pizza later, the day was over and we had to go back to school. It was so disappointing leaving, but we had to. So, we all boarded the buses and went back to the boring existence known as school. I really wish that we could all have a few days off from school and have a little break like that once a month or something. After all the stress and everything else we have to deal with, we deserve it!

A Short Poem (poem is not by me)

Four ducks on a pond,
A grass-bank beyond,
A blue sky of spring,
White clouds on the wing;
What a little thing
To remember for years—
To remember with tears!
By: William Allingham

So, I found this poem a few years ago and it instantly became one of my favorites. I really like this poem mostly because of its meaning. It symbolizes to me that even though some things seem really insignificant and you just see it everyday, in the long run people will remember it with fondness and tears. It makes me have a warm feeling inside but it also makes me so sad, because it reminds me that nothing lasts forever. Eventually everything becomes just a memory. But that doesn't mean that we should give up on life. It just tells me that we should cherish every moment and live life to the fullest because you never know when it will all be over. It has such a profound meaning but only I think if you look hard enough. But if you don't then it's just a simple poem on the internet. But who really knows, maybe it is just a simple poem and I'm just reading too much into it. Or it could be a life lesson that one has to dig deep to actually find. Ah, I'm rambling, sorry about that. But anyways, if you like this poem then check out William Allingham. He's a really good poet.

What Made Them All Fall Down

Brown hair blew gently in the breeze, and a figure could be seen standing in the middle of a field, cold green eyes scanning the area in front of him. He smiled a little as he watched two grey squirrels fighting over a nut that just fell from a tree. The larger squirrel seemed to be winning, and he felt slightly sorry for the smaller one. After a few minutes, he grew tired of watching and turned his gaze away, instead searching for a certain figure, who should have been there half an hour ago. He sighed and decided his friend may have forgotten they were going to meet and figured he might as well go home. He turned away and was about to walk back when he suddenly felt a weight launch itself onto his back. He stumbled forward and landed face first into the dirt. He heard a high pitched giggle and felt someone sitting on his back. He lifted himself up a little and turned around glaring at the other person.

"Annalise." he grumbled
The person smiled, "Hey, Elliot! What's up?"
"First, get off me, woman! You are heavy." he said
Annalise pouted, but her blue eyes still sparkled with mischief, "You are so mean! Just for that, I'm just gonna stay here forever and ever and ev--"

But before she could finish, Elliot stood up and knocked her back onto her butt. She laughed and grinned up at him.

"Meanie." she giggled
Elliot rolled his eyes and held a hand out, "Come on. We're late enough as it is and I really don't want Julien to freak out on us."
Annalise nodded, "Okay. I'm sorry." she said, accepting his hand and pulling herself up.

And together, they left the field and continued to their friend's house. Where they should have been three hours ago.

POOOOOOOSSSSSTTTTTT!!!!!!!

Woot! I made a blog! This is my first time doing anything like this, so forgive the crappiness of it. It's been pretty boring in my life so far, but I hope it'll change soon. Oh, I almost ran over a squirrel again today. Stupid thing was in my way, so I couldn't really do anything about it. It ran away really fast, though, so I barely missed it. Lucky thing, because I wouldn't have stopped. If I did I think I would've crashed. Haha no way in heck. I have too much to live for to die now! Better the squirrel than me! So that's it for now. Later days!
